SUGGESTED WAYS OF USING OUR HONEYS IN A GOURMET KITCHEN

1. With an assortment of cheeses, serve different types of cheese with different types of honey, such as Heather honey with goat cheese, Wild thyme honey with cheddar-type cheese, and Chestnut honey with sharp and aged cheeses. The colors, textures and flavors of these honeys will impress your guests.

2. With an assortment of herbal teas, serve the floral honeys, such as thyme and wildflowers, orange blossom, and wildflower honey. They are a healthy and nutritional sweetener.
